MIZA NGHI SON CONSULTS THE COMMUNITY ON THE CARBON CREDIT PROJECT ACCORDING TO VERRA STANDARDS

Two key projects include:

• Domestic waste paper recovery and recycling project: recover waste paper to be recycled into new paper, contributing to reducing the amount of landfill waste, limiting methane emissions and maintaining the source of paper fibers in the cycle.

• Project to recover and generate biogas from the wastewater treatment system: taking advantage of biogas from the anaerobic wastewater treatment system to produce green electricity for the operation of the plant, contributing to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and reducing dependence on grid electricity.

The consultation was attended by representatives of local authorities, specialized agencies, contractors, suppliers, people and workers in Truong Lam commune, Thanh Hoa province.
