MIZA SUCCESSFULLY HELD THE 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

The congress took place in a serious, transparent and professional atmosphere, fully ensuring the provisions of the law and the enterprise charter.
At the event, the Board of Directors presented important reports, including the results of production and business activities in 2025, the plan for 2026, and contents related to governance, investment and sustainable development orientation. On that basis, the General Meeting voted and approved the entire content with an approval rate of 99.99%, demonstrating a very high level of consensus on the development strategy and executive capacity of the Group's Board of Directors.
