Miza was officially approved to invest in Miza Nghi Son Industrial Park with a scale of nearly 200 hectares
Miza Joint Stock Company (HOSE: MZG) has just been approved by the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province for investment policy, and at the same time approved Miza as an investor in the Miza Nghi Son Industrial Park Project in Nghi Son Economic Zone.

This is not only a milestone for Miza officially entering the field of investment and business of industrial park infrastructure, but also a strategic step to create room for long-term development for the Miza ecosystem and realize the goal of increasing paper production capacity to about 1 million tons/year by 2030.
PROJECT PARAMETERS
199.55 ha
Total project area of 118.99 hectares
Area proposed by the State to allocate/lease land for 50 years
Duration of operation of the project
Total project investment capital: more than 1,383 billion VND.
The approval of the Miza Nghi Son Industrial Park Project opens up a new growth space for Miza, marking a strategic expansion from the core foundation of paper production, packaging and logistics to the field of investment and development of industrial park infrastructure.
Notably, the development of industrial real estate is not merely aimed at adding a new business field. For Miza, this is also a strategic step to prepare infrastructure and land for the next stage of development of the Group.
Infrastructure for the target of 1 million tons of paper per year by 2030
According to the long-term development orientation, Miza aims to achieve a production capacity of about 1 million tons of paper per year by 2030. To reach this scale, businesses not only need to invest in more production capacity but also need to actively prepare industrial land funds, technical infrastructure, logistics, raw materials, energy and development space for new projects in the future.
Miza Nghi Son Industrial Park can therefore become one of the important infrastructure platforms to help Miza be more proactive in researching and implementing the next expansion projects, and at the same time facilitate the formation of an industrial ecosystem with high connectivity between paper – packaging – raw materials – logistics – supporting industries.

Miza Nghi Son Industrial Park can therefore be considered a link in the long-term growth strategy: expanding scale – proactively infrastructure – perfecting the ecosystem – improving efficiency and creating a foundation for Miza to enter a new stage of development.
If implemented in the right direction, this ecosystem can create a resonant effect: increasing production scale, optimizing logistics, improving asset efficiency, increasing supply chain control, and gradually improving Miza's long-term competitiveness.
Opening another long-term growth pillar
Entering the field of industrial park infrastructure also helps Miza gradually diversify its growth sources, in addition to existing paper and packaging production activities.

In the long term, Miza Nghi Son Industrial Park can not only meet the development needs of the Miza ecosystem itself but also aim to attract manufacturing enterprises, auxiliary enterprises and partners in the supply chain to participate.
Thereby, Miza has the opportunity to gradually transform from a paper and packaging manufacturing enterprise to an integrated industrial ecosystem model, in which production, raw materials, packaging, logistics and industrial infrastructure are able to support each other.
Increasing room for development in the new cycle.
The new milestone takes place in the context that Miza is receiving increasingly clear attention from a number of investment funds and foreign investors, with the parties in the process of learning and exchanging opportunities for cooperation and investment in businesses.
The interest in institutional capital flows, if realized, along with MZG's already listed on HOSE and new investment projects being implemented, could create more resources for Miza to implement its growth strategy in the next period.
From an enterprise that takes paper production and packaging as the foundation, Miza is gradually building an integrated industrial ecosystem, expanding to logistics and industrial park infrastructure. Miza Nghi Son Industrial Park of nearly 200 hectares not only opens up one more business field, but also creates space for infrastructure for future projects, contributing to the goal of bringing Miza's paper production capacity to about 1 million tons/year by 2030.
