More than 100 employees of Miza Joint Stock Company deploy "3 on-site"
In the face of the complicated situation of the COVID-19 epidemic, from 16:00 on August 11, the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control of Miza Joint Stock Company organized "3 on-site" (eating, staying and producing) for 125 employees in charge of production and business activities at Nguyen Khe Small and Medium Industrial Cluster (Hanoi City).

Following the direction of the People's Committee of Dong Anh District and the Management Board of Nguyen Khe Small and Medium Industrial Cluster on the prevention, control and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, Miza Joint Stock Company has urgently activated the plan of "just isolating, and production" determined to ensure the operation of the factory, ready to meet production requirements, and maintain stable business activities.
The company conducts Sars-CoV-2 antigen tests for all employees as well as cafeteria service staff, drivers and security guards. Based on the negative test results of all samples, the company has proceeded according to the centralized isolation plan to implement "3 on-site".
The Company has arranged accommodation areas at offices and collective houses in the Company, separated from production areas, guaranteed environmental sanitation and disinfection; essential daily necessities are also fully supplied. The company's canteen provides 3 meals/day, ensuring the requirements of food hygiene and safety and COVID-19 epidemic prevention.
The concentrated working area of employees is zoned to limit contact.
The company deploys epidemic control posts at the guard gate, establishes control areas with open spaces to gather and disinfect goods and necessities. In order to limit contact between forces, the company has also divided the flow of movement in the factory area and arranged flexible breaks and shifts.
Professional departments are required to work online, are only allowed to enter the company when there is a request to handle abnormal problems with machinery and equipment and must be approved by the Board of Directors.
The Company's Board of Directors always pays attention to the daily life of employees "3 on the spot", continuously has practical directions to improve spiritual life and ensure the quality of meals. Miza employees implement the "3 on-site" psychologically firmly, organize work and live stably, perform the dual task of preventing the epidemic and ensuring production, maintaining the import and export of goods as required.
