2020 EMPLOYEE CONFERENCE

Implementing the Government's Decree No. 149/2018/ND-CP detailing Clause 3, Article 63 of the Labor Code on the implementation of the Regulation on grassroots democracy at the workplace. On 06/03/2020, in the hall on the 2nd floor, the Board of Directors of Miza Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Executive Committee of the Trade Union to organize the 2020 Employee Conference with the presence of nearly 60 delegates who are employees in the Company.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Mr. Dinh Tien Ngu - Deputy General Director of the Company stated the reasons and requirements that need to be achieved in organizing the Conference: We must frankly admit, dare to face the shortcomings, shortcomings, and exist in order to draw experiences with the aim of doing better the management and administration of the company, joining hands to build a sustainable development company.

The conference unanimously elected the Presidium: Chairman of the Trade Union; and elect the Conference Secretary. At the Conference, Mr. Vu Anh Tra - Production Director of the Company approved the "Report on the operation situation in 2019 and the direction of operation goals in 2020". Ms. Tran Thi Kim Dung – Vice Chairwoman of the Trade Union Executive Committee also approved the "Report on Trade Union activities in 2019 and the direction of activities in the next year". Acknowledging a number of opinions exchanged at the Conference, Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Giang – Deputy General Director of the Company made a concluding speech, and at the same time pointed out specific tasks as well as difficult challenges in the coming year, requires the Board of Directors of the company and employees to strive more in management to increase productivity and stabilize quality; ensuring jobs for employees, stabilizing income and business efficiency of the Company.

The conference is an opportunity for all employees and the company's Board of Directors to review the results achieved in production and business activities, evaluate the successes as well as the limitations in leadership. Each employee should be an example of morality, self-learning, self-creation. Therefore, this year's conference is of decisive importance for the direction of our actions in the coming days, requiring every employee attending the conference to promote the spirit of democracy and lively and enthusiastic discussion, complete the report on the direction of the plan and key tasks in 2020.

The conference promoted the direct democratic rights of employees, created conditions for employees to voice their aspirations, participate in opinions, understand and understand issues related to welfare policies the company's interests as well as the legitimate benefits that the company brings. All questions and recommendations of employees have been recorded and explained by the Board of Directors in a specific, detailed and clear manner with the frank exchange and understanding of the Board of Directors for all Miza employees.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh – Chairman of the Board of Directors General Director of the company made insightful remarks, especially it can be seen that his sincerity and affection for the Miza family. On behalf of the Board of Directors of the company as well as all employees, I would like to thank familiar faces who have overcome all difficulties and hardships together during the past 1 year.

The conference was held in an atmosphere of solidarity, democratic spirit and high intellectual concentration. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh has made a general commitment of the Board of Directors with orientation and determination in 2020 which is reflected in targets, figures and detailed specific actions. In addition, the heads of departments also made their own commitments and determination to change in 2020.

Attending the conference, Mr. Le Van Hiep – General Director of Miza Nghi Son Co., Ltd. also had commitments and orientations that would complete the Miza Nghi Son Project as well as the quality goals of the paper industry that the company has set go out.

At the end of the conference, the company's Board of Directors together with the delegates signed the Collective Labor Agreement in 2020. The Conference agreed 100% with the directions, resolutions and tasks set out in the Agreement. The successful employee conference in 2020 is due to the direction of the company's Board of Directors, the Trade Union Executive Committee, the coordination of all employees with a high sense of responsibility. The conference ended successfully with the high unanimity and trust of Miza's employees, continuing to promote the spirit of solidarity, bravery, striving to overcome difficulties and challenges to achieve and exceed the targets of the 2020 plan, continue to build Miza to develop more and more successfully in the coming time.
