Japanese enterprises are about to invest more than 2 billion USD in Vietnam
(Fatherland) - At a ceremony of AEON Mall held in Hai Phong last weekend, the Deputy Ambassador of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam revealed: "It is expected that by 2025, Aeon Mall will open 20 commercial centers, investing more than 2 billion USD in Vietnam".

Deputy Ambassador, Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, Mr . Shinichi Asazuma said: "Investors around the world, including Japanese businesses, are very interested in Vietnam as an investment destination in the new normal after Covid-19. Aeon Mall is one of those businesses. It is expected that by 2025, Aeon Mall will open 20 commercial centers, investing more than 2 billion USD in Vietnam."
Aeon Mall has been investing in Vietnam since 2014. Currently, there are 5 Aeon Mall shopping centers across the country. Aeon Mall Hai Phong Le Chan Shopping Center will be the first shopping center in Hai Phong and the 6th center in the country.
Mr . Shinichi Asazuma said that Vietnam has had strong economic growth , gradually improving its position in the international community and expects to promote Vietnam's capabilities and capabilities in multilateral diplomacy in the past 20 years. The Japanese Government is currently very supportive of the investment activities of Japanese businesses in Vietnam because of its trust in the Vietnamese Government's support lines and policies.
