MIZA CONTINUES TO IMPLEMENT THE GOVERNMENT'S DIRECTIVE ON SOCIAL DISTANCING

Currently, the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic is becoming more and more complicated and unpredictable, the whole country is entering the epidemic prevention and control stage with urgent and drastic measures. More than ever, it is necessary to have consensus, join hands, seriousness and drastic in prevention, especially the close coordination of the whole society in general as well as the Miza family in particular.

Fully aware of the dangers from the pandemic, the Board of Directors and all employees of Miza  Joint Stock Company have worked together, unanimously, raised awareness, strictly implemented the Government's regulations on social isolation but still ensure safe production and stable jobs for all employees of the company.

The Board of Directors of Miza Joint Stock Company implements synchronously and drastically, from the stage of making plans with many scenarios with many different situations to propagating measures to prevent and control the epidemic, managing the implementation of online work schedules as well as working directly at the company. Strictly implementing the Government's regulations, the company has also synchronously implemented many measures to ensure the safety of all employees such as disinfecting the body, washing hands with antiseptic solution before entering the company. Wear a mask during  work; strictly implement hand washing before, after work, when eating, when cleaning; limit contact and talk while eating; try to keep an ideal safety distance of 2M. Spray disinfectant for the entire company, trucks and housing for employees once a week. The Company's employees are deeply aware of the epidemic situation and well implement the measures and recommendations for COVID-19 prevention and control of the Ministry of Health, and make voluntary medical declarations on the NCOVI system.

With the situation of social isolation, mainly the indirect block of the Company working remotely online from home is a maximum of 30% of the number of employees. The Board of Directors of the company always ensures to provide a full range of daily equipment and food for employees, along with complying with the notice of the General Director "Only go to work from home to the company and vice versa" to ensure that 100% of employees implement theannouncement, as well as Directive 16-CT/TTg of the Prime Minister on COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control. The company has added free breakfast for employees during the time of social isolation. Although the amount of only 15,000 VND/person/breakfast is not large, it has shown the Company's Board of Directors' interest in employees. Adjust shift meal times, staggered meals or sit in the same direction to ensure social distancing; reduce the density of contact between employees. The conditions for eating, resting and living of employees are fully prepared, ensuring health and hygiene conditions for disease prevention and control.

In addition, the Company's employees also actively implement the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in supporting epidemic prevention and control. As soon as receiving the joint directive on mobilizing and supporting donations to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic, the Company's Board of Directors, Party Committee Cell & Trade Union of the Company and the same expertise mobilized all employees of the same heart to implement supporting the prevention and control program of the Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Anh district with a total amount of 21,330,000 VND. The consensus and unanimity of all Miza employees is the Company's own culture, a prerequisite to contribute to the fight against successfully fighting the Covid-19 epidemic.
