     GENERAL DIRECTOR

  • Currently, according to the recommendation of the Ministry of Health and the Chairman of the Hanoi City People's Committee, the epidemic of acute respiratory inflammation caused by nCoV in Vietnam is becoming more and more complicated and at risk of outbreak. especially in Hanoi city;
  • Pursuant to the Company's regulations and guidelines on epidemic prevention and control according to Notice No. 1702/2020/TB-MZ dated February 17, 2020, Regulation No. 1003A/QD-MZ, No. 1003B/QD-MZ dated March 10, 2020 and relevant agencies;
  • Based on the current extremely urgent situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic in the world and Vietnam.

ANNOUNCEMENT

  1. The company raised the alert level about the COVID-19 pandemic, recommending all employees to be more aware of the extremely complicated pandemic situation. Although the Company is still proactive, closely following information, guidance and putting in place good control programs, the results also depend on the compliance and cooperation of each employee.
  2. It is recommended that all employees, especially brothers and sisters in the collective and dormitory of the Company, should only go to work from home to the Company and vice versa. Because the company has announced to serve everyone all meals (morning, noon, afternoon, dinner), we ask you not to go to the restaurant to eat, gathering. For employees who live at home, they should only go to work from home to the company and vice versa, if it is necessary to go to buy food, they should buy and store for many days to limit the number of times they go out.
  3. From now until March 31, 2020, everyone tries to stay at home as much as possible, comply with the schedule recommended by the Company, limit going to the street and taking public transportation because the source of infection is lurking in the community.
  4. Ask Departments and Departments, once again, to review the work of each person, encouraging employees to work remotely. Officials and individuals who do not need to come to the company but can still solve their work are allowed to stay at home to limit contact with each other and reduce the risk of risk. All large meetings will use the form of online meeting (Video Conference). The HCNS Department will be responsible for promulgating Regulations for employees working online to ensure that working time and work are smooth.
  5. Improve resistance for yourself and your family. Drink warm water every 10 minutes and gargle with medical antiseptic water at least 10 times/day (Saline is diluted 9/1000 and only needs 5ml/time).
  6. Leaders and heads of departments/units notify each employee and implement; at the same time, guide, monitor, control and remind the employees in charge to strictly implement the contents of the notice.
  7. The Kitchen Department is responsible for organizing meals for employees to ensure food quality and safety and hygiene.

Employees are requested to strictly implement the contents of this Notice.
