Miza completes the training program "Raising ESG Awareness & Practice Capacity"
The program took place effectively, strengthening the Environmental-Social-Governance (ESG) foundation for employees and opening the roadmap to apply to operation directly trained by EY.
Main results: Unify the 3 pillars of ESG awareness framework according to the characteristics of paper & packaging.
Forming a list of quick wins: energy saving, water/chemical optimization, occupational safety, data management, internal communication, etc.
Outline a set of factory & company-level KPIs/metrics and periodic measurement mechanisms.
Establish an ESG Champion network at units.
Next step: Finalize the 90-day plan for priority initiatives.
Standardize ESG KPIs & reporting mechanisms.
Organize on-site coaching, integrate into the process.
Launch a system-wide ESG initiative proposal (send to the ESG Board according to the form).
