STOCK ISSUANCE MEETING FOR EMPLOYEES IN 2018

On April 14, 2018, Miza Joint Stock Company held a stock issuance conference for employees in 2018.

The program is organized with the aim of:
- Create conditions for employees working at Miza to buy shares of the company.
- Strengthen long-term attachment between employees and the Company.
- Attract talents and contribute to improving the Company's remuneration policy for employees.
- Improve the sense of responsibility and maximize the ability and wisdom of leaders with the long-term and sustainable development of the Company.

Attending the program were representatives from the Board of Directors - General Director - Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh. Representatives from the General Meeting of Shareholders Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Giang - Deputy General Director & Mr. Le Van Hiep - Deputy General Director. On the Party branch of the Company, the representative is Mr. Ky Quang Thanh - Secretary of the Party Cell - Head of the Mechanical Maintenance Department and all employees working at Miza.
